Morekos Apple, more commonly known as "Baby Tom" is what we will base the foundation of our Springer bloodline on. He is a truly hard working little man that lives for the ball. As a detection dog he is easy to read and loves the work. He has a steady, passive indication and very little false indications. He can work independently off lead with or without directions, being hand signals or by whistle and verbal cues. He shows a friendly, outgoing and confident character both in work and in his down time.

As a competition dog, he will either smash it or make you laugh, no matter what the outcome, his performance will be full of enthusiasm, speed and style. His tail will wag the whole time and he runs out at the same fast speed as he returns with fallen game, dokken, bumpers or dummies. No matter what is set he will hunt till he finds his retrieve, with or without handler assistance.

The pedigree name Morekos Apple - is because Apples don't fall far from tree's and we knew Baby Tom would be just as good as his dad from a young age. When a 4 week old pup retrieves perfectly to hand with excitement, the excitement becomes contagious. Baby Toms dad, known as Tommy, is a highly credentialed detection dog, working a significant number of hours in the field over his long career. Tommy has been used for the detection of both feral and endangered species and trained as a prototype dog for invasive weeds and water leaks - when no one thought it could be done - Tommy proved them wrong and Baby Tom will do the same.
